I believe that learning to balance fitness, nutrition, and stress relief enhances the health and happiness in one's life. Although we all have different definitions of success, I truly think all of us feel the happiest when we are in balance. In my own experience and research, I have found that incorporating three components – proper nutrition, a personally appropriate level of fitness and stress reduction techniques into almost every day of the week is the biggest and easiest step to achieve balance.
